Berrow is a multi-disciplinary property practice, working exclusively across Mallorca. We design and build exceptional homes that stand the test of time.
Our in-house expertise spans the entire property development cycle, including search and acquisition, architecture and design, project management, interior design, and sales — offering a fully integrated approach whether working on an in-house development or on behalf of our clients.
2017
Archie and Monty Berrow purchase Patiki Townhouse and work alongside the building team on the reformation
2019
Patiki Townhouse is completed and sold
The Berrow´s open Patiki Beach and run it as a family
2020
Canoneta Townhouse is purchased
The Berrow brothers sign a lease for a small office in the centre of Sóller
The first client projects are signed, Casa Mares and 1902
2021
The Berrow brother´s secure the Sóller Tennis Club concession and start it's transformation
The team starts to grow, with recruits in architecture, marketing, and administration roles
Two new client projects start, Can Creu and Sa Mar
The brothers sign a lease for a new 120m2 studio with a garden and start its reformation
Canoneta Townhouse is completed and sold
Mon Cor is purchased
2022
The team relocates to the new studio and continues to grow
Ca’n Domingo, Cantonada, and Luna are purchased
2024
Mon Cor and Ca’n Domingo are sold
Two new projects in Valldemossa and a large plot in Fornalutx are purchased
The lease for a new restaurant project is signed and the team starts reforming the site and creating the Pueblo restaurant concept
2025
Pueblo opens as a modern bistro in the heart of Sóller
A new project in Santa Maria is purchased
The team grows to a fully vertically integrated property practice with 14 full-time employees managing every step of the development process
Berrow has 18 active in-house developments and client projects across Mallorca
The Collection is launched, marketing and sales service representing the best-in-class properties across Mallorca

Although we moved here from the UK, we have a lifetime of memories from Sóller. It’s where we spent our childhood holidays and it’s home to our first property renovation, Patiki Townhouse.
Our development approach is rooted in collaboration with local artisans, builders and suppliers. As well as supporting our community, they share their unparalleled understanding of the island’s history and traditional building practices. This means that when we breathe new life into neglected properties, we’re able to honour their character, protect their stories, and ensure they're enjoyed for generations to come.
We’re a family business that puts families first. This value runs through everything we do, from our projects at Berrow to the hospitality and community projects we are creating in the area.
