Sóller Tennis Club
In 2020, we took over Sóller Tennis Club, transforming a dated facility into a wellness and lifestyle destination for local neighbours, international travellers and touring pros.
Tennis, padel and swimming are metres away from a relaxed restaurant and panoramic views across the UNESCO World Heritage Serra de Tramuntana. Perched high between mountains and sea, our club overlooks the historic town of Sóller – highlighting one of the most beautiful courtside views anywhere in Europe.
Patiki Beach
A low-key setting that feels like an extension of home. We came across this run-down beach shack in Port de Sóller back in 2019. The location alone inspired us to create a restaurant that celebrates seasonal produce and local growers.
Patiki Beach started as a true family project, with five of us working behind the scenes and front of house to bring this vision to life. Once the vision was established, we handed over daily operations to our team, who carry the same spirit and values.
Pueblo
Our latest concept for a modern bistro. Pueblo sits opposite the famous train station in the heart of Sóller town, within the walls of a truly historic property. We restored the building and designed the set-up for a relaxed bistro. Drop in for fresh, seasonal produce, sustainably sourced from our own farm and our network of trusted growers across Mallorca.
